How can i make a new folder on my desktop? What is new folder?

Do you like know more my friend in here anasisila.webnode.com   please read all post in here  I’ve only noticed this one recently but I’ve set my Desktop folder attributes (and all others apart from the obvious) to “General” with which I have the large icon view.
